A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
Full payment is required of your order within a month of your event
A 50% fully refundable security deposit is required prior to your event
If payment is not received we reserve the right to withdraw or accept your order.
Delivery cannot be made without receipt of full payment.
The replacement cost of any loss and damages will be taken from your security deposit
Substitute items cannot be accepted and any damaged items need to be returned to Fleur de Lys
All cancellations need to be made in writing and are effective from the date received in writing.

Any orders under £120.00 outside a 20 mile radius of ME18 do not qualify for delivery or collection by Fleur de Lys Decorative Event hire. Collection and return in person is permitted on certain items. Please contact us for additional information if required and we shall be happy to advise
Delivery and collection will either be made by Fleur de Lys Decorative Event Hire , dispatched by courier or in some cases can be collected from our premises by appointment only
Hired items are the responsibility of the hirer
Hired goods must be returned in the packaging they are supplied in
Delivery and collection charges are quoted on an individual basis, based on the location postcode. You or an appointed person will be required to inspect and sign for the goods at the time of delivery
